Ice Cream

I don't know what is it in the ice cream that made the people love it so much even in the middles of winter, my husband and I alone can't live without it, we always have different kind of ice cream in our freezer no matter what season it is, living here in Colorado I experienced winter, spring, fall and summer. I don't be surprised if people would love ice cream on a summer because it's too hot and it's one way of chilling out, but on the middles of winter? Wow! yeah we got it still and take note we have different flavors, but my fave is the Haagen' Dazs Swiss vanilla with nuts, yummy! How about you what's your fave? Do you know any desert? if so, please share your recipe I would love to do it myself too, if you don't mind making your own recipe popular and thanks in advance.
